I looked back at some of my resources and references in my sketchbook, and it was nice to stumble upon this poster. I remember finding it when HOW first posted it, and it reassured me that I could build my career on passion in creativity. I hope this poster motivates and encourages all young designers. Yesterday I hopped on the metro down to Long Beach and attended the PRINTEGR8 presentation made possible by Westamerica Graphics. What a great fast-paced schedule that informed and presented information to the point on the value of print today and increasing your ROI (Return on Investment).
What I took away:
1. Grow your business via social media and go mobile.
2. Print will not disintegrate.

Do you take interest to your direct mail advertising? What about if it is well designed and uses a nicely textured paper. I know great print design on nicely textured paper speaks to me the same amount as do the well-designed email newsletter advertisements.
